Shipping policy

You can choose a shipping method on the checkout page.

Orders in Finland are sent via Matkahuolto or Posti (a Finnish Post office). Delivery charges for orders in Finland:

1. Pick-up from KATRI NISKANEN store Fredrikinkatu 41, Helsinki, 0€
2. Posti Standard shipping 0€
3. Matkahuolto Standard shipping 0€
4. Posti Home delivery 20€ (free shipping on orders over 250€)

We deliver international orders in partnership with DHL. 

1. Europe: DHL International shipping 0€
2. Rest of the World: DHL International shipping 20€

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within five (5) business days after the order has been confirmed. Thus you should have the order at your nearest Post Office within seven (7) business days. When ordering outside Finland, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

Please note that if you choose the "pick-up from the boutique" method we retain the orders of 14 working days.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

KATRI NISKANEN webshop accepts a variety of payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, American Express & Mastercard), Mobile Pay and check (Walley, Jousto & OP-lasku). All credit card transactions are secure. All payments are processed through Paytrail.

PRICES

Prices are in euros (€) and they include a Finnish VAT of 25,5 %. VAT is not charged on orders delivered outside EU countries. Please note that Customers from outside EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.
