Orders in Finland are sent via Matkahuolto, Posti (a Finnish Post office) or DHL.

Delivery charges for orders in Finland:

2)     Standard shipping (Posti) 0€ 

3)     Matkahuolto (Lähellä-paketti) 0€

4)     DHL (kotiintoimitus) 10€ (free shipping on orders over 200€)

 

We deliver international orders in partnership with DHL. Delivery charge for international orders:

1) International shipping (DHL)  20€

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) business days after the order has been confirmed. Thus you should have the order at your nearest Post Office within five (5) business days. When ordering outside Finland, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. 

Please note that if you choose "pick-up from the boutique" method we retain the orders of 14 working days. 

PAYMENT METHODS
KATRI NISKANEN webshop accepts a variety of payment methods including check, Mobile Pay and major credit cards, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express & Master Card are accepted. All credit card transactions are secure. All payments are processed through Stripe.

PRICES
Prices are in euros (€) and they include a Finnish VAT of 24 %. VAT is not charged on orders delivered outside EU countries. Please note that Customers from outside EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and taxes.

COLORS

KATRI NISKANEN cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

SIZING
Sizing at KATRI NISKANEN is based on Scandinavian sizes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
